Roberto Celot
Founding partner
Graduated in Business Administration from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, he began his professional career as an auditor and business consultant at Arthur Andersen, where he advanced to the role of executive.
He later held top management positions in holding companies and industrial firms, particularly in companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, serving as Group CFO, Investor Relations Manager, and Director of Corporate Affairs and Governance
He was a member of both the Executive Committee and the ESG Committee.
He has gained extensive experience in corporate governance and board-level roles, having served as Chairman and Board Member with delegated powers in various Italian and international companies.
His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including: Corporate administration and management control, Financial management and strategic planning; Business plan development and organizational design; Operational workflows and performance management; Client and supplier relations; Strategic development and M&A transactions; Business valuation and company formation/start-up; Corporate turnaround and risk management; Governance and corporate affairs; ESG and CSRD compliance; Process integration and IT system implementation; IPO and stock market listing processes.
He also has solid experience as a trainer and lecturer in various professional settings.

Elisabetta Bettega
Senior Associate
Graduated in Economics from the University of Udine, she began her professional career in assurance services at Ria Grant Thornton S.p.A. and Uniaudit S.r.l., taking on roles as audit lead for financial statements of both Italian companies and Italian subsidiaries of multinational groups.
She has gained significant experience across the manufacturing, distribution, agri-food, and service sectors, as well as within cooperative enterprises.
She has been involved in Financial Due Diligence assignments and agreed-upon procedures in support of M&A transactions.
Her core competencies include: Management control and strategic reporting; Accounting and financial statement preparation; Consolidated financial reporting and sustainability reporting; In-depth knowledge of CSRD regulations and ESRS sustainability standards; ESG-related areas such as governance and sustainability due diligence.
She developed these skills particularly within an industrial group listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, where she acquired specialized expertise in corporate sustainability and regulatory compliance.
